It may be cold outside but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a cool, zingy cocktail on a Saturday night! And this one is guilt-free thanks to the dose of friendly bacteria and digestion soothing peppermint.

1 tbsp fresh lime juice
4 large spearmint leaves, plus more for garnish
2 tsp honey
1/2 cup brewed Daily Cultures green tea, chilled
1 shot of white rum (optional)
Ice, cubed or crushed

1. Brew a mug of green tea and stir in the honey when it’s hot. Leave to cool and then put it in the fridge for around an hour.

2. Mix the lime juice and mint together in a glass or a cocktail shaker until the mint leaves are slightly crushed and their flavour is released.

3. Add ice until your glass is about 3/4 full and then pour in the rum and the chilled green tea. Stir well and garnish with mint and lime.

4. Put your feet up.

5. Sip happily.
