It’s widely known that lemon and ginger are great detoxifiers and mint helps to aid digestion. So we’ve combined them with our billion friendly bacteria for something really special!

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 glass of water.
3cm fresh ginger, peeled. Slice, grate or chop.
1 Green Tea bag.
3-4 sprigs of mint, plus extra to serve.
1tsp honey.
Squeeze of lemon, plus extra to serve.

METHOD:
Place the ginger in a saucepan and pour over the water. Bring to the boil and then remove from the heat.
Add your tea bag and the mint leaves, cover and let steep for around 10-15 minutes.
Strain the tea into a heatproof container or jug and then mix in the honey and lemon juice.
Leave to cool to room temperature before popping it in the fridge to chill. To serve, pour over ice and add a slice of lemon and a few mint leaves.
Easy!
