GLOWING SKIN SUPER SMOOTHIE

Staying hydrated is really important if we want to have clear, glowing skin. But sometimes it’s nice to hydrate in a more exciting way than just having a glass of water or a cup of tea. So we’ve come up with this yummy smoothie recipe to help you stay hydrated. Packed full of fruit and fresh greens, your microbes will enjoy it too!

YOU WILL NEED:

A Blender – Nutri Bullet, Ninja, Vitamix or any high powered blender will work.
125ml Coconut Water
2 Bananas chopped
½ Avocado
2 Handfuls of spinach or kale
2 cups Frozen or fresh fruit – pineapple, blueberries, mango, strawberries – you can mix and match!

METHOD:

1. Pour your coconut water into your blender
2. Add your bananas and avocado
3. Add the spinach and berries
4. Whizz it up. If it’s a little thick add a little more coconut water

Pour and enjoy! Easy!
