Skinny Water

Whether you’re trying to lose a few pounds or just want to look and feel healthier, a great way to rid your body of toxins is to make sure you’re drinking plenty of water.

We all know it keeps you hydrated and helps ensure all of your vital organs are in their best possible health. However we know that sometimes endless glasses of water can get a bit boring, so we’ve pulled together our favourite flavoured green tea water recipe. Not only is green tea delicious and refreshing, it’s full of antioxidants – and using one of our Daily Cultures’ tea bags means you can get your daily dose of good bacteria.

Ingredients

  • Ice (however much as you like in an iced drink!)
  • 1/4 cup of iced water
  • 3 slices of lemon
  • Small handful of chopped mint
  • Cold Daily Cultures green tea (about 1/2 cup)

Simply place all the ingredients into a glass, stir and enjoy
